Erin VanDyke, PA-C, CAQ-OS
Board-Certified Physician Associate

Erin VanDyke is a board-certified physician associate. She earned her undergraduate at Oregon State University and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Oregon Health & Science University. After which, she participated in an orthopedic surgical residency at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in Chicago, IL. Erin has worked in the field for 15 years and earned her Certificate of Additional Qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery (CAQ-OS) in 2022. She is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Oregon Society of Physician Assistants.

When not in the office, you can find Erin out exploring the PNW with her husband and their 3 children.​
